Refund & Returns Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the brush isn't right for you or your cat — for any reason at all — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to ship anything back. No forms, no questions.
Just send your order number to hello@brightpawsclub.net.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Once we've seen it, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Orders Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or the carrier confirms your order is lost, contact us with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Customs and Import Fees
For US orders, import tariffs are already covered in what we pay to ship your order. For Canadian orders, customs occasionally charges GST or a handling fee on delivery. Either way, if you are charged anything, send us the receipt and we'll refund it in full. That's our problem, not yours.
Digital Products
Our guides, breed sheets, and tracker are delivered as PDF files by email immediately after purchase. Because they cannot be returned once downloaded, digital-only orders are not eligible for refunds. Please read the product page before ordering.
This does not affect the 30-day guarantee on the brush — if you bought The Mat-Free Coat Method, the guarantee covers your order in full, and you keep the files.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven't already been processed for shipping. After that, use the 30-day guarantee instead — it covers you either way.
Contact Us First
If anything is wrong with your order, please email us before opening a payment dispute. We reply within 2 business days and we resolve genuine problems quickly. We'd rather fix it than fight about it.
