Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

Every order ships free. No minimums, no hidden fees at checkout. The
price you see is the price you pay.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New
Zealand. If you are somewhere else and want the comb, email us and we
will let you know when we can reach you.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 10 to 14 days of purchase. Australia sometimes
runs a little longer.

We ship directly from our fulfilment partner rather than holding
inventory in a warehouse. That is slower than a domestic retailer, and
it is part of the reason our prices are what they are. We would rather
tell you that up front than surprise you later.

Both books and both trackers are not affected by any of this. They
arrive by email the moment you order, so you can start the method while
the comb is still travelling.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email
once your order ships. Please allow 2 to 3 days for the tracking
information to begin updating. Early scans can be sparse, and a quiet
tracking page in the first week is normal.

Address Changes

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at
hello@brightpawsclub.net. Once an order has been processed we can no
longer change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Most orders arrive within the estimated window, but carrier delays
happen. If your order has not arrived within 25 days of purchase, or if
tracking shows no movement for 30 days, email us with your order number.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Customs and Import Fees

For US orders, import fees are already covered in what we pay to ship
your order, so in almost every case nothing further is charged to you.

For other destinations, customs occasionally charges a fee on delivery.
We are not going to pretend we control what happens at the border. If
your local customs charges you anything, send us the receipt and we will
refund it in full. That is our problem, not yours.
