Welcome to Bright Paws Club. By accessing or purchasing from our
store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your
jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate and
complete.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless displayed in your
local currency at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices,
product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.
Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour may
occur.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our
discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain
pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full
refund.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund
& Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Product Use

Our grooming tools are intended for use on pets, with gentle
pressure and light strokes. Let the brush's own weight do the work
— do not press down. Stop immediately if your pet shows signs of
pain, or if the skin becomes red or irritated.

Do not use a brush on matted fur that has tightened against the
skin, and never bathe a pet with mats in its coat. Mats that cannot
be worked out gently should be handled by a professional groomer or
a veterinarian.

6. Guides and Educational Content

The Mat-Free Coat Guide, our breed sheets, and our tracker are
general grooming education. They are not veterinary advice, and
they are not a substitute for professional care. Every factual
claim is sourced, and the sources are listed inside each document
so you can verify them yourself.

If your pet shows signs of skin irritation, pain, sudden changes in
grooming behaviour, or anything else that concerns you, consult a
veterinarian.

Bright Paws Club is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored
by any organisation cited in our guides.

7. Digital Products

Digital files are delivered by email immediately after purchase.
Because they cannot be returned once downloaded, digital-only
orders are not eligible for refunds. Files are licensed for your
personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, guides, and
branding — is the property of Bright Paws Club and may not be
reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Paws Club shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of this site, our products, or our guides. Our
total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in
question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site
after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
